this guy was_NOT_ a customer. he was a surfer. he read the article in the DAILY - went to the main page to see if he knew any of the girls - and saw this girl he knew.

but even if he was a customer - I guess you guys didn't see my email from a few weeks ago - where I had tried to be really nice and helpful - sent the guy his username and password a couple times - but the guy never seemed to get the email and then he started bitching at me.
