Damn optical illustions!! How does this work?
Just the Plato's triangle.
I've tried this 10 times I still can't figure it out! http://www.realmagic.net/ How does this work????? damn I hate being drunk. |
Neat tricks.. try closing one eye :winkwink:
|
yeah, hehe :)
|
I saw it the first time.
However, if that would have been a mathematical puzzle, I would have been sitting here trying to figure it out until the next iceage.:glugglug |
Okay, I watch it again with one eye covered.
I still don't get it and now my vision is blurry. what the heck. |
OK, now try it with both eyes closed and your hand on the monitor!
|
There is an invisible dent where the blue and the red triangle meet and it's enough to amount to the volume of the missing square...
|
|
Pretty easy actually its not real :) the pieces dont match :)
Try it with a piece of paper in front of you :) When something seems fishy always check the math first . |
quite a nice trick, ive seen it before, but never bothered looking at it closely until now
|
Nice trick... but because of the outside triangle

watch the "hypotenuse" of the large "triangle". it's actually not straight. so te large shape isn't a triangle but instead a quadrilateral.
