Choosing a gift well depends on who she is. Different things appeal to different woman. Make it personal and put in the effort. Don't just give her a gift certificate, that's the easy way out. Take her to the store/spa and show that it's just for her.

If you just want to give her a gift certificate you might as well make it a $100 bill. She can use it anywhere and takes about the same amount of thought as a certificate.

Good idea, but you CAN go wrong by picking out the wrong scent. Don't buy something because you like the way it smells, cuz she'll probably never use it. Vanilla's always a good choice. Don't think I've met a chick yet that doesn't like the scent of vanilla.
