I need a good Atkins Recipe Book.
 
I need a good atkins cookbook with visuals and shit to show me how to do the stuff. I have never cooked before so I need something really good.

I cant take "the internet" in my hand and bring it to the kitcthen and open it to the right page and start cooking.

I bought a good one last week. It's called Atkins Best Recipes. It was $10.99 and has 175+ recipes. There are full-color pictures of alot of the recipes and most of the recipes are very simple with only a few ingredients.

Make sure you get your cholesterol checked on a regular basis on that diet. My friend was on it and following it to a "T" and it blew hers through the roof. :2 cents:

They have invented printers and ringed notebooks also! :thumbsup
