I asked for some programmers to contact me a while back.

I got like 10 people on ICQ, all at once, all asking for specs.

So, I go and type up detailed specs of what I want, and asked for a price quote.

I only heard back from 1.

If there are any programmers out there who will NOT waste my fucking time, please, post in this thread and I will contact you.

So yes, my time is more important to me than yours.

Besides, the only tinge of an attitude I see in my post is the word "fucking".

If that offends you then i suggest hanging out at netpuddle or somewhere else where it's better moderated.

(not that netpuddle is a bad board)

ok, I'll give you a clue...
next time you look for programmers specify the specs
in the first time so that programmers that are not
interested in your project won't waste your fucking time.
Nor will you have a reason to bitch about those that
weren't interested.

Don't like it? Don't respond. The programmer is the employee so technically his time IS more valuable than yours (he's the boss so true or not, that's the way it is).

I didn't responded to his call.
The problem is that he's complaining that programmers
weren't interested by his project, when he didn't take
the time to write the specs in the first time.
And now, he calls specs: "modifyed shopping cart"

that really says it all isn't it ?

next time he'll complain that another dozen weren't interested
by his project.

do you notice how he's wasting his time ? which is so fucking important.

I am an accomplished PHP/MySQL programmer (heck, I know more than a handful of languages, including application programming on both Windows and Linux) and to tell you the truth, I get my time wasted on GFY by people looking to hire programmers than the other way around.
