Real estate in Northern California...

What's it like? Prices? North of San Francisco, Humboldt County. A nice sized house in the woods, beautiful view, the whole works.

Anyone have some price ranges? I can't believe I'm saying it but I miss seeing green everywhere you look.

unfortunately, cant help you there. i live south of frisco in the middle of a city. the house is going up for sale for $550k

Where I live you can get 6 to 26 acres for around $ 120 to 123k

I am above Sacto by an hour

In Penn Valley you can get 4.72 Acres for $65k etc etc
