i dont have the ability to be an ass kisser, people i work with and know usually know where they stand with me... ill work with anyone if i have to but i let it be known that im not the persons biggest fan... i hate people who ass kiss, i think throwing props where it is deserved is cool, as is shutting someone down if they deserve it... i just dont see how people can curry favor with anyone by asskissing, its usually transparent... i dont know who respects a person for doing that, not me
