Taking a screen shot on a Mac? How to!

Hey Mac heads what is the keystroke for taking a screen shot. I know there is one, but I'm a PC user trying to get by on a Mac. Need some screen shots for a project.

Thanks for the help!:thumbsup

You don't need a key on a Mac to take a screenshot. All you need to do is buy a computer. :)

Take your digital camera, point it at the monitor, press the shutter button, connect the camera to the computer, download the pic.

command(apple) - shift - 3 for the whole window, command (apple -shift -4 lets you drag what you want to take a shot of (press em at the same time) creates a pdf on your desktop.

alos OSX Panther comes with a program called "grab" that lets you do advanced stuff, it should be in your application-->Utilities folder.

Mac on :thumbsup
