Guerillatraffic - MISTAKE OR THEFT?
 

Today on CrossHairs with JMM and Tonda we will be discussing the situation regarding Guerilla Traffic and the recent events regarding the HUGE amount of unlicensed content on their sites.

We have sent an email to GT concerning this issue. We are still awaiting a reply from them.

It appears they have removed some of the images in question, however there are still many Rodney Moore images and at least two of ours in their tour for Googirls.net (http://www.xxxexplicit.com/gooface/?...tid=50&plid=33) - see Nicole she is actually Tyler from our site.

Here are some of our concerns that we think should be addressed. First, we would like to know how long stolen images have been being used by GT. Second, if they were only used for advertising, or if they were also included in their members areas.

For the record, at least three parties have been hurt by this, first the content producers, who include to my knowledge http://rodneymoore.com, http://cumonherface.com and us (if there are others please add). Secondly, the members who have joined their sites hoping to see our models. Third, the affiliates, who have been making sales using this stolen content.

We believe one thing GT could do is put links up inside their members areas to all sites they have stolen images from informing their members that these are the places they can find the models and images they joined to see. For example, to see Nicole, check out http://amateur-facials.com's Tyler.

In turn, those affiliates who have been making sales using this content should immediately join our affiliate programs. This will not only help your conversions, but make rebills much more likely considering we actually feature the content you would be advertising with.

Hard to believe that it was a mistake.
There was quite some unlicensed content I heard.
Plus they did their best to remove the copyright stamp from the images... correct?

Ok you have a designer who you haven given content to BUT he goes out of his way to grab content from other sites (same niche) the goes through the work of removing watermark's then proceeds to add your watermark? Thats makes no sense whatsoever. I suppose the designer was worried about GT's conversions? :eek7 :1orglaugh
