Employment in the adult industry
 

Hi Guys

I'm looking to hire an extra person to add to my staff to do my marketing & sales. Somewhat my "right" hand guy.

I have a few employees already doing design, accounting, and administration work that have been with me for a couple years that get paid quite well and bonuses when they keep to their end and i make more money.

What do you guys think would be the best way of aquireing someone for the job? Usualy word of mouth on who is good and available is usualy how i employ but i am wondering what other ways have you guys had good results with?

Post a thread saying you're hiring. Say company, and expectations etc. Post contact information and get about 100 resumes.

posting on GFY looking for fresh talent, you would get a good idea of who is reliable - Ynot is also good

Marketing and sales is VERY broad.

You could be unethical and spam people, and call that marketing and sales.

You should specify what the person's tasks would be. :)

Well it also depends on if you're looking for someone inhouse or to work remotely. And full time or part time. What does the job entail? ect..

Word of mouth is a good way. We've had decent success posting a 'help wanted' ad on boards.

I am actually at this point just trying to aquire information on what has gone good for people.

Ie., have you used any online job hireing program, or boards, or word of mouth.

I personaly think alot of word of mouth is usualy how good employees are found.

can be inhouse, or outhouse. dosen't really matter, but ofcourse would have to fly in for meetings, conventions, large deals, and the rest.
