Not to come off as a dick or anything, but to be honest their support seems to suck a bit. Unless you are friendly with one of their staff, it seems posting in the adult.com forum or emailing them is a waste of time.

i tried emailing from both of my email addresses.. no luck.

I have never had a problem getting ahold of Loryn or Tofu on icq. Their support system is pretty good IMO. If the person I contact doesn't know the answer... they will ask someone else and get back to me very quickly.

Loryn, tofu, eric, and hoax are always easy to reach and 99% of the time fast to respond. If you do not see them online or really need to get ahold of someone just call the office.

I never had any probs getting a hold of anyone there and they went above and beyond themselves with customer support. They had to listen to my stupid question and not tell me to shut the fuck up, but answered me..lol:thumbsup
