i've been up all night too, and my times about to come to an end..

the sun is starting to come up now, and if i don't get to sleep soon the damn mexicans outside and their leaf blowers will keep me awake all morning. :mad:

Do what I have done for the last 3 years an hour before you want to goto bed take you 4 to 6 benadryl If you look at the over the counter sleeping pills they charge you more for the same shit that is in benadryal and if you don't want to feel all bogged out when you wake up take you a caffien pill 200mgs as soon as you wake up it takes it away Good luck hope this helps ;)

I dropped a melatonin and some chamomile tea about five hours ago. No dice.

Benadryl doesn't do shit for me except keep me from sneezing my head off around my animals. :(

i've been up all night as well. Take a couple of Nytol pills if you cant sleep. They usually work for me.

Damn that sucks then, goto one of these pills sites order some real sleeping pills *shrugs*

same here Tala..other than the past couple of days before that for about a month straight I've been sleeping in shifts... 2 hours at night and a 2 hour nap during the day. :(

Unless I am mistaken, both of those contain diphenhydromine hydrochloride, which is the active ingredient in Benadryl.

No fuckin workee. :(
