Is it just me or does Epoch's support really suck nowdays ?
 

It takes 24-72 hours for a reply on any support topic.

I constanty have to call them for help since they
refuse to email back.

I have actually had 'no replies' to many emails over
the last several months.

Clay never ever emailed me back despite 2 emails
directed to him only.

I asked yesterday morning for 2 simple product codes,
nearly 48 hours later, nothing.

COME ON GUYS!!

I know your capable of much more!
