Calling your bank manager and will have a chat with him regarding the 3500$ we wired you a month ago.

If you have a webmasterinnovative on your icq list well be aware he's a crook and stole money from me and never delivered the goods.

We talked on Saturday he had an excuse and I gave him benefit of the doubt... He told me he would email me something which he never did and now he's avoiding me on ICQ ......

Then it may be possible for you to get a UCC lien on his property..... but liens in florida are toughe to get than in other states....but it is worth a try....cause in some states you can lien his personal property like his bank account for example... even if there is no money in it, a judgment for you , and subsequent reporting to the credit agncy, and he would not be able to open a bank account at least it would cause some hardship even if you did not get your money back...:2 cents:
