How can you check if you are on it?

If you've been TMF'd you would more then likely know. A sure way to find out is to apply for a merchant account through a bank. If you're on the TMF they'll know with in a matter of days. It could potentially take years to get off the TMF. If you are on it, the best / fastest way to get off the TMF is to contact a merchant bankcard attorney.

The only way to check is to apply. They won't tell you otherwise.

If it's a minor issue they may let you off or it maybe possible to get a lawyer to talk to them. If it is a major issue like high dollar factoring or fraud then it is pretty well a lifetime ban.
