Name of the SE mentioned on CNN's website a while back? Visimo.. or something?

I can't find the fucking thing. I used it a few times when i first read about it, and i found some great results. Way less clutter than google.

But for the life of me, ic an't remember the name or the URL. Anyone remember what i'm talking about, and have the link? Thanks.
