a domain I want has just dropped, pool.com is having the auction with 15 other fuckers, does this mean they caught the domain?

Yes, pool only puts it up for auction if they grabbed it.

Dont get too excited, if the domain you want goes up for auction, that means you will now have to pay retail price or more for it. In most cases, the domain no longer becomes a good bargain.
(Ex: xxxpics.com recently sold for $32,000+)

i didnt know they tell you how many people also backordered.

I was following a prime gaming domain for a year, it expired in june, and in october i backordered it with pool. They grabbed the name, but told me i was not the only person who backordered. 3 day auction, the other person/s never showed up, so i won.
