Seriously this is pretty fucked up for the economy of a country where 6 % of his best paying jobs goes in another country . This also bring more money in the hands of the big compagnies too but they don't get taxed that much either .

Personally, it's driving me nuts... Every time I call customer service for SBC Yahoo, I get some guy in India who doesn't know shit about what's happening in CA.

Want to make a difference? Every time you get someone on the phone and you think that they are from a foreign customer service boiler room, constantly say "I can't understand you" or "Could you repeat yourself?" Take up as much of their time as possible and try to make it so that it's not worth it for the cheap ass companies to use them.

Outsourcing is the future. Deal with it.

man, seriously, if you weren't so obsessed with this matter maybe you'd find some creative exit to your work needs. If you don't like globalization, blame US. If you don't like capitalism, blame US. If you don't like competition, blame US. If you don't like free market, blame US. And in the process, move to Philippines or India and enjoy the life
