Natalie Schaffer had agreements with everyone that knew that her age that they wouldn't reveal it until after her death. Bob Denver said in an interview that none of the cast knew she was well into her 60's when she was doing some of the streneous stunts that happened on that show.

Ginger, because she's a 'movie star' would think that she's too good to be in the same bed with you and therefore would be a dead lay...

MaryAnn, on the other hand, is a down to earth farm girl...and let's face it, there's really only one thing to do on a farm (after the chores are done) to prevent boredom...
