1 year ago today Was One Of The Worst Days Of My Life
 

About 9 pm my time the phone rang and I learned my mother had taken her own life.

May 3, 1942 - March 1st, 2003.

It's going to be a tough day, but life goes on.

I love my mother, I miss her. To this day I still reach over to grab the phone to call her.

Call your moms and your pops today, tell them you love them you may not have them tomorrow.

Do the same with your brothers, sisters and friends.

Hey i am really sorry to hear that bro. if you need to talk man hit me up i know that sounds kind of faggoty but 4 years ago last month my niece and nephew were killed.


Shocking shit like that is tough but hang in there bro.

Plus my dad had a heart attack a few weeks ago man and i flew to be with him.
It was 4 years to the day the kids were killed

I will call him today for sure.

i wish i could man, i lost my mom two years ago, she died of cancer and my father died 9 years ago. No brothers or sisters.

My mom is only 17 years older than me so I hope to still have her around if I make it to 80:)

Eros, don't fall into the temptation to grieve all day, do something nice in memory of your mother, even if it's just to have a glass of champaign and toast good and funny memories. I did that recently on the 1st anniversary of losing a special friend and it not only made the day much better I found it helped in letting go of some guilt (which I had blown much bigger than it should have been or my friend would have wanted).

Sorry to hear. I'm a total mommy's boy. Me and my mom get along very well, and we're extremely close. I would hate to lose her.
