Does Verotel suck?
 

Okay... I'm new and all.. but it seems to me that many affiliates are worried about getting ripped off. I mean I spent the better part of the last two months promoting sponsors.

I just don't think I want to support any sponsor that wants to use an accounting company like Verotel if the do it to hid from the affiliates.

I'd rather drop the affiliate and find another good or better site to promote. I have contacted some of the sponsors that I have who use Verotel. They all say it is because of the credit card thingy.

I don't trust them. Do you?

And CCBill may have had problems... but they are on the right track.

No. Verotel doesn't suck.

But you can only see the sales transactions and not clicks.

The point of the clicks is to monitor traffic and analysis of your come on. Right?

So how can you do that with Verotel?

Verotel's affiliate system seems to be stuck somewhere around 1998. They track "banner clicks" which you can see in My Sales -> Graphical Stats.

Program webmasters can see a click-buy ratio for each affiliate, but it looks like the affiliate themselves can't see this important statistic. Useful!

The sole fact that they are located in another time zone, makes them less trustworthy for US webmasters :1orglaugh

I trust absolute NO US Sponsor and NO Us Billing. I tried to use the same traffic and the same pages BUT another Biller......after an US Biller i used an european Biller. Result? almost more than double $$$ (SignUps)

I personally get great results with verotel. I get payments on time and good sales / conversions, no downtime and good customer service.

I don't know if verotel is going to be around forever. Personally I hope so, as a dutch company inspires more confidence, in me, than one based in Malta like CCbill EU. That's speaking as a European.

Speaking as an affiliate, 1 verotel site I promote converts better than the other 10 ccbill sites I do put together.

You're right, that is proof that they're a billing company. Wait, I thought you were talking about something illegal, those chicks have tits the size of my head.

Verotel has it's issues, their customer service is terrible, and their servers go down more than I like.
the good about them is being EU, chargeback ratio is 2.5% they have no more CB fee's anymore, scrubbing is low, and they pay like clockwork every Monday morning.
Will they be around long term? Truth is nobody really knows, people only speculate. Fact is they follow the laws of their country. They proccess for underage non nude model sites and that upsets people, but the fact remains that this is not illegal to do. People forget very quickly that CCbill made alot of $$$$ proccessing for the same type of sites, and Ibill use to proccess beast and scat sites. And if Visa USA still let them im sure they still would.

No, ofcourse not I must be just talking out of my ass lol. Verotel does NOT convert better than ccbill.. they scrub just as much so please put the ding dong away. But that's not to mean Verotel is bad.. saying just not any better than any U.S. proc conversionwise. In fact, I like their on time direct deposits too.

Most, if not all, of those girls are under 18 years old. A girl under 18 can very well have breasts that large. I know a few that do/did.

Regardless, those sites are not illegal.

Verotel - Why it works. They make the users passwords and so cracking a password is 99% a waste of time so no one tries. This meens less bandwidth being spend on bruteforcers. So the websites all have insanely low monthy fees. $9-$19 and therefor they are easy as hell to sell. And again, since Verotel makes the passwords, you have to buy the website or you're shit out of luck.

It would be a good idea to use a backup processor. Epoch makes a good one. Secure servers and they take make a big effort in making sure you are secure too.

As for selling Verotel websites. One of their gay sites has made me more money than any other sponsor combined and that is at a $4.50 commission rate. I can make a TGP or mailer or what ever and it sells like mad.

Nah, Verotel didn't suck. I guess so.
