Why $12k+??

Why not just put the amount? Or was the final price like $12,300 and you didnt think that sounded good?

Cause in the near future when someone pays more than $12k we won't know who really paid the most.

$12k+ just leads me to believe it was a mutual deal and no $12k changed hands.

I'm just trying to figure out what the "+" means in the marketing of this.
