Skunk Records(Sublime) is suing me for my GFY Video!

For entertaining my felllow GFY'ers, I have taken the burden of being sued for using music from Sublime. If I win the contest, I will use the money for my lawers, if I don't win the contest, i will have to flea the country to singapore. wish me luck |

To Whom It May Concern: Skunk Records is the exclusive owner of all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights in and to the world-famous Sublime/Skunk RecordsŪ properties. The rights owned by Skunk RecordsŪ strictly prohibit any individual attempts to reproduce, transmit, copy, or otherwise utilize the Sublime/Skunk RecordsŪ or the characters appearing therein, without the express written permission of Skunk RecordsŪ . It has come to our attention that the Website located at http://www.rhino22.com/gfy_highband.wmv contains an unauthorized copy and derivative reproduction of the Sublime/Skunk RecordsŪ characters. Our research shows that you own and/or have effective control over this Website. As is made clear above, this material is owned by Skunk Records and cannot be used without the express written consent of Skunk Records, which consent you have not been granted.
