when using the windows disk to re install windows

do I a

pick the format ntsf (quick) or the non quick one

I choose the non quick one.

the quick one just wipes out the tables, the full one goes over all the sectors. If you have had problems with the drive, do the full format, or if you want to be sure to detect any bad sectors.

fuck I chose quick now I am starting over.... fucking laptop has givin me nothing but probs.. but I love fresh starts...

the only bitch is going to be installing all my e-mail clients and all that shit
