That is $40/signup initially, not as a volume bonus. Do you know any?

I don't know any that pay $40 offhand i would trust. Why not go with trustworthy sponsors like topbucks that pay $35 and you know you will get credited with the sales?

It's true, you guys are standup. Been using you since.. 2000 I think? Back when you were topcash. Been paid every period I have made sales, never a missing check or paypal payment. Better tracking then 90% of the per signup sponsors out there. Trust is a good thing! :thumbsup
