              They may be cascading to them, if not a primary, possibly a secondary processor.

                  Not sure from the way your question is worded whether you are asking if we use CCBill for processing, or if we pay out through CCBilll...?

                  We use CCBill as a secondary processor, but we do not pay out through them. Is that what you needed to know?
