LLC or s-Corp
 

which one is better and why? Help me decide.

llc is usually good for afew partners. otherwise I would go s corp

ok, why s-corp? What are the pros and cons of each. I already have done research, but research won't tell you what works best for real people like my peers.

when i talked to my lawyer he said to go with an S corp if I was individual. Since I had 2 partners I went with a LLC.

My biz is actually both.
My Acct set it up as an LLC and we elected to be taxed as an S corp.
I don't know the specifics or anything, that's what I pay him for, but I was told that would save me the most tax $$.

If you do not have partners LLC better.
