my teeth are white (or atleast some shade of white lol) but i have plaque build up from chain smoking at the pc, and downing coffee in the mornings

they move so fast and so slightly, you cant see even a hint of movement. But when you touch them, it tingles like its vibrating or something?

Sheesh, do what I do, get them bleached. You just get molds made at the dentist..line it with gross gump every night before bed..wake up in the morning feeling like you sucked on Pepto Bismol all night and in a couple weeks your teeth will be so white your friends will have to wear sunglasses when you smile.
