Okay Pornographers. What does freedom of speech mean to you?

Where do you think the line should be drawn?

And why?

Is Extreme Associates videos protected free speech?

I think so, or should be.

I't is not just about the whole "camel's nose in the tent" theory, but fantasy is fantasy no matter how you cut it.

I guess not much.

Some other things that have been ruled "protected free speech."

Underage NUDE "art" sites.

While morally reprehensible, most of these if they follow the guidelines *no gratuitous genatalia shots* are considered "free speech."

But yet Extreme Associates can't act out a rape scene between 2 consenting adults...fucked up shit if you ask me.

I agree. ANYTHING between two legal, consenting adults that doesn't harm anyone else should be protected.

Unfortunately Georgie doesn't see it that way.

See the problem is tho'...in this biz we have too many part timers.

Too many college kids who do this for beer money.

They could care less where this biz is in 5 years, they've moved onto a "real job."

Yeah go argue and debate over sig money you fools....while your constitution flies out the window! ;)

First... the personal affairs between consenting adults has nothing to do with the "state".

Second... people were born free. If they happended to be born in a country that has repressive laws, - they need to either vote whoever out of office or vote with their feet and move.

Third... actions which offend others.. ie public actions or those which can adversely damage other people, - do need laws. (CP blah)

Fourth ... A "state" has no place within the beliefs/religeon of individuals. The state is there simpley to manage and *serve* in the day to day operations and security of that country - nothing more.

Don't tell me you're surprised by this though.
