Best of the Boards
 

Remember these newsletters or magazines that would go out and one part would be "Best of the Boards" ? Now and then, someone will come up with a great site idea and include something like this.

For example this thread asks a great question that might be listed on a site as an Quality FAQ:

The worst part about this board in my opinion is that everyday or so there's an avalanche or flood of casual conversation that buries the real gems. There's enough great info buried here that if uncovered would make a powerful site filled with quality info. How about someone throw together a site with this kind of info ? Or has it already been done ?
