Signup for a reseller account and give surfers a join link.

Put a java re-direct in your page and send all traffic to a drop page - A few partner banners their will make you some cash.

I have thought of that but not every site has an affiliate program. I have also thought about linking to the join page of the actual tour but most pop exits and I don't want my potential clients to have to deal with consoles :)

I just need to stop the SE's from picking them up.

There are different directives you can use to stop search engines from indexing your sites. Try searching for how to use meta tags and robots.txt.
