I got my 1099 from OTE Development USA, Inc. today. AKA Glo-Bill.

They showed they payed me a pretty penny in the 2003 year. I know I have to pay my taxes on this, but what about all that money they screwed me out of when they abruptly slammed their doors shut without notice?

I guess they emailed package deals out to certain people, but even when I emailed them to chat about it, I could not get a responce.

What do you guys do with these tax forms from companys claiming they paid out all this money to you, but went out of business and never paid out the rest of your money?
