Just one month until the 2004 Phoenix Forum! For those that are not aware, this year?s Forum will take place from Thursday, April 1 ? Saturday, April 3 and will once again, be held at the Doubletree La Posada Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Due to popular demand, this year?s Phoenix Forum is nearly booked! The Phoenix Forum is fully funded by the generosity of our corporate sponsors. Free registration for the event is based on capacity and will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Once we have reached our capacity for free registration, a fee of $250 will be required to register for the event.

To ensure your free admission, please register today at www.thephoenixforum.com/registration.htm. Upon submitting your online registration, you will receive an email containing your registration number which will be required at check-in to receive your badge for free admission.

Have you already booked your room? This year, the Phoenix Forum will take over the entire Doubletree La Posada Resort. We have secured a special rate of $170 (+tax) for Phoenix Forum attendees; however to take advantage of this special rate, reservations must be made by Friday, March 5, 2004. After this date, we cannot guarantee the special rate.
