Those motherfucker from Capital One called my house 5 days in a row now. They fucking don't know what NO means! i'm so fucking pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!

ask them if you can call them back at their house after business hours

Just ask them to hold on and leave the phone off the hook.....after a minute they'll figure it out and if they keep calling, do it again

Are you saying "not interested" or are you simply hanging up? Hanging up on them puts you in the que to be called back the next day. Simple say "Put me on your do not call list". Make sure they hear you and say they are. If not, repeat it if they ask you what you said. They will then leave you alone.

How to get on it?
Easy -
When you realise you are being phonespammed, start grunting like a pig.
Ask the caller if she can wait coz you are fucking your dog and invite him/her to listen. (You are breathing heavily and grunting a little at this time - )

A farting sound, followed by an exclamation: "Rover, you dirty bastard you've just shit all over my bollocks," helps keep their attention.

Make wild orgasmic sounds - Now try to chat up the caller Male or female - Either way disgusts them. (At the same time you are telling your dog to lick the shit of your nuts)

This method usually works - If the marketer is a female and she DOES call back again - Ask for her address - Because she is likely to be into any pervertions going, and probably ok of a one night stand!

Why not just join the do not call list?

You have several choices when a telemarketer calls. All have been pretty much suggested. One is to tell them to be put on their "Do Not Call List". Another is more fun in my opinion. That is to mess with them I love messing with telemarketers.

i have to unplug the phone 90% of the time...they wont stop calling!! no matter HOW many times they call and i tell them no and take me off their fuckin list....tired of waking up at 6AM to those fuckers.

Did you say. Don't call here again please _OR_ "Put me on your do not call list". There is a difference. If you say sternly and not as a question, they have to in the US (and they do so anyway in canada as well, not sure about other countries). They have 6 weeks to add you in the US which they can call you again, after that you can get large $$$ from them if they call again.

The thing is you can't say something like "could you please not call here again?" That is like a question, not a statement of putting you on their do not call list.

For those that say hanging up.. Well, I do know of one company that will call you as soon 6 hours later if you hangup, and if you continue to hangup, you will be added to the que again for redial. If you are going to hang up, say you are not intersted first, will put you in a several month recall que. Do not call list is the BEST, and normally gets you on several company lists since telemarketing is typically outsourced, and the companies that call, call for various merchants.

Yea that's getting really annoying . Here in canada they have made a list of phones who don't want to be called and this works pretty well for 95 % of the telemarketing compagnies . I almost never get any calls nowdays
