Visa doesn't want to ban porn, they want to ban fraud.

They really don't want the little guy. You cost too much.

They want really big guys. Surfurs don't join Playboy, then try to make a chargeback. At least not as frequently as with small sites.

I also don't think they will eliminate rebills, because there are sites like Hustler or Playboy and Visa cannot have double standards for the small and for the big ones.

I honestly think, the main reason for their rules is to eliminate fraud, but we - the webmasters - cannot understand it and don't seem concerned about it.

There is way too much fraud online and porn is probably the #1 target so the crackdown is just to decrease that imo. It doesnt make sense for them to ban porn because its certainly more socially acceptable now than it ever has been in recent history I believe, and there is a good enough amount of money being made, why lessen their profits. They are just trying to weed out the cheaters, scammers, and troublemakers.

why would they not want a part in a 10 billion dollar industry? thats crazy!
