San Diego has got to be one of the worst cities for rain. Roads are terrible, nobody knows how to drive, and almost every activity involves spending most of the time outside. You can't even shop without being outside 80% of the time!

Yeah, I think when it rains in LA people on the freeway think "drive faster and hurry up out of the rain," which really isn't very smart. Endless accidents.

people down here CANNOT drive in anything approaching weather. I walk
to work up in UTC, constantly have to watch my blind ass. One intersection up by UCSD, never fails, some fucker always rolls the red.

I try not to go out when it rains, at least driving. I keep begging for a fluke massive snow to Darwinize some of these people.

Watching people from SoCal drive in the rain is absolutely hysterical. And oh, I LOVE the people that refuse to drive in the rain. Ahaha!
