Should I goto the open market for my sig?
 

I'm not selling my sig here, just asking if I should auction it off, as I've had a LOT of offers.

do you folks think I should on sig day goto the open market for my sig?

i havn't sold it on the open market for 4 months now.......I'm kinda curious as to what I'm worth these days. I doubt I could pull the kind of money some of these big shots are getting now, but hey - if I get enough pennies to sponser a few more GFY contests and help a few people on here now and then I'm a happy camper.

(I came to the conclusion that GFY and the issues on it are in fact my favorite charity and I have been using my sig money as such for many months now)

Your sig is probably worth more than ANY other sig on this board. Im sure you could bring in more than Brad did on that $8k deal. So why not?

My guess is you will get over $10k for it on the auction this month.

people will think you're doing it just to show off when the #'s get high.

You don't need the "envy" of them or anything.

People will buy it privately for the same prices you'd get in an auction. There's no need for newbies to "ooh' and "ahh" about it.

you guys are crazy to think that brad got 8k for his sig. i actually believe that sleazy got a few thousand or so for his sig because i remember him auctioning it off on ebay.

yeah I think you should become a FREE AGENT at the end of the month and test the market...see how much someone is willing to shell out for a sig.

it's why i nver did it for months now -but i don't really kow what I'm worth to be honest.........

Auction it, it is always nice to know what you're worth. ANd since it is probably a lot that makes it even better. And since you spend the money it makes on good things :) you deserve it even more.....

But you WILL get much for your sig. I mean what the fuck is $10k for most sponsors... if you bring in just 1 normal size or big new webmaster in their program they will make a profit in the end.
