Gamma's Toolbar pays $0.15 per install, not quite cpm but it's the best I've found.

Why not make your own toolbar. That way you can add what ever links you want and change it whenever you like.

I have thought about this. anyone out there that can make a rool bar thing?

I made 80 bucks off it yesterday...so pretty good...i dont see how they can afford to keep this up...5 CPM for a banner is pretty high ...especially considering it can be in a sig...but i love it...and if they are bringing in more webmasters cuz of it...more power to em
