Interesting side effect of the green tea / cinnamon diet

Following KRL's advice, I have decided to give it a shot this week. I have been drinking 2-3 cups every day.

Not only have I the feeling of losing weight, not feeling as hungry in general, feeling more energetic throughout the day, feeling like I can think sharper, but also I have noticed an amazing increase in my alcohol tolerance.

I used to party a lot last year, but haven't really touched lots of alcohol in like 9 months. Last night, within 5 hours, I emptied 4 pitchers of beer, multiple Jack'n Coke, a few shots and some more beer, and I was nothing more than slightly tipsy that night.

Mind that about a month ago, I would get trashed over 4 beers... I had the tolerance of a 12-year-old girl.

Not that this is something to be proud of, just a side observation. :thumbsup

Interesting indeed... like my friend\s improving diabetes.. wondering if these symptoms have something in common? He is not drinking alcohol at all with his pills and he is not overweight. But his insuline tolerance is back.

I bought some to try this out but MAN it tastes like shit.. Having a hard time getting one cup down :(

Tea is a natural diaretic (sp?), right? So, isn't this all water weight?

There has been statistics that showed that the honey/cinnamon combo can help balance blood sugar levels for diabetics.

Interesting shit. And I am not even hung over. lol!

Fappeddotcom:
The cinnamon (hydrophobic) seems to bind with the honey in some way and creates this slimey cloud that floats within the tea. Maybe that has something to do with that effect.

WTF is this in french?

dunefield 02-25-2004 02:52 PM

Congrats lol.

KRL puts that "smiley cloud" on a piece of bread and eats it. Not a biggie... you can drink it as well. Sure nothing to go screaming naked around the block about but the effect counts.

I think KRL should hurry up and get a patent on this! He could easily make another 1.5 mil this way! :1orglaugh

I have been a green tea addict for years, and have used KRL's method for some time -
the main side affect is noise -
When going to the toilet...
Also -
When using this diet - Using equipment from this Thread is deffinately not advisable.
