let me have a go. you pay for a predetermined amount of data throughput per second. exceed that and you get charged extra for overage.

Depends on how much you need. If you are looking for less than 320GB you can't use mbps. If you're looking for more than 320GB you can use either. Or if you really need to push some traffic get into terra.

Quality can be found for .05 cents to .64 cents/GB depending upon quantity, hardware, network and support.

I just switched over to theplanet.com where the bottom of the line server (dual xeon 2.8) comes with 2TB monthly bandwidth ($0.14/GB).
