Question for the Lightspeed crew, Dugmor, or anyone else running single girl sites
 

When you get a girl to do her own site, do you make her sign a contract, or is it as long as she wants to do it type thing? If it's a contract type deal, what exactly does the contract state? Thanks.

I hope for them it's a contract... If the girl go away when you just finished building the site.. your dead! :thumbsup

If you are just shooting content for $, then just model release and 2257. If the girl is doing shows/more or you are splitting proftis, good contract with model's deliverables listed and legal coverage in case she flakes. :2 cents:

If you have the cash to spare, just pay her a flat fee per shoot. Trust me, while there are a handful of ladies out there that are willing to work on a site for any good length of time, most of the girls will be gone before the site ever really catches on.

Hire the girl for a day, shoot the hell out of her doing everything. Try to get a month's worth of updates for every day of shooting so when she bails on you, you're not left with no updates.
