How to get rid of these pop up I'm getting?
 

I'm not having any luck getting rid of these things. :helpme I've tried ad-aware and Spy Bot.. What else could be causing this?

Sounds like you're getting the messenger service pop-up boxes. Follow this to shut it down:
http://www.popup-killer.info/messenger-spam/

These are pop ups you would get on a site (clickable) unlike those the messenger spam that was going around.
