CCbill performance recently?
 

We track all join button clicks to CCbill. Recently people click the ccbill link but it seems they don't fill the form because we don't receive no decline emails. When I test the CCbill forms everything is OK, I get a confirmation email each time. And some of them try 3 different pricing plans, and no decline or approve emails again.

Did people start to watch join forms instead of filling? Why do they continue to the join form if they don't intend to pay. I'd like to hear that CCbill has problems (this would explain it all), but It seems there's nothing wrong with them (based on my tests).
