Why? What makes Saddam less evil than Stalin or Hitler? Numbers alone? Sure Saddam didn't torture or kill as many as Stalin or Hitler, but to those and the familes of those he had tortured, killed, and thrown in mass graves I'm sure he's the most evil man in their world.
