not that that prick wasn't being.... well a prick, but I do seem to recall a recent story on the news about some girls her age setting up one of their teachers claiming he raped one of them to cover up one of them coming home too late or some shit.

same thing happens anywhere, and to guys as well. IN canada we had to start videotaping and warning girls that their statements if not true could be used against them... since so many guys were being put in jail simply on the word a a woman who may just wanted to threaten her bf / husband and make up a whole story.

I saw some TV show that said in the US, cops have to take an aptitude test, and if they score too high, they're not allowed in. I haven't really looked into it but that's a scary thought.
