Will someone from Australia please answer my question

I purchased a product online and the product has a 30 day refund period. I am not satisfied with the product so I am asking that a refund to my credit card account be made.

I paid $751 for the product and they are refunding $951 Australian dollars.

Question: Does $951 Australian dollars equal $751 US dollars?

If you bought something from an Australian online store, you paid in Australian dollars. If they refund you, they refund you in Australian dollars.

Visa or Mastercard do the currency exchange for you, but they don't give the best rate
