Hamburg: The star of the film that won the Golden Bear award at the recent Berlin Film Festival has gone into hiding amid death threats from her own family, because she has appeared in hard-core pornographic films.

Only days after being celebrated at the festival for her role in the award-winning film 'Head-On,' the 23-year-old Sibel Kekilli is under Police protection in Hamburg following death threats, according to a media report spublished on Friday.

Sibel Kekilli is the female star of the film winning the award. She is from turkey and the story of her former live being an actress in some porn videos was brought to public by "Bild Zeitung". It´s a shitty boulevard press and they wanted an interview with Sibel Kekilli about doing her porn. She refused though "Bild Zeitung" told her, otherwise they will involve her parents. So they did after refusal. And think i´s still a problem for people of turkey having a daughter doing porn.

But think of who is the bigger asshole here. A filmstar having done porn before or the "Bild Zeitung" trying to attract german audience without any respect to the parents.

that´s what I thought about. Of course you are right: porn isn´t a job whith a high level in most societies. So parents may dislike their daughter doing porn. But I think it should change. many people consume porn - otherwise this boad wouldnt exist. So why the hell shouldn´t this girl being a filmstar only fr doing porn before?
