Pipecrew... how did you manage to process with CCBill?

I see your processor is CCbill for canadian pimp... How did you manage to get a registered agent willing to give out personal infos like ssn# , passport.. etc... to CCBill..? Do you have a partner living in the states or did you use a professional registered agent?

Thanks

you get a us tax number - and then a US cxompany, and then hire someone in the states as an employee of that company that gets to sit on the board and will act as US principal

Im incorporated in the states.. got my EIN, mailling adress, etc... even have a registered agent (lawyer).... but he's not willing to give out his personal info to CCBill... As for hiring someone.. I would like to hire a professional offering that service... Even, if I understand correctly, the registered agent has NO power and cannot screw your company up... He basically only receive the mail... Anyone else on this..? Also what is the registered agent responsibility if you screw up or something...? What are the risks for that person?

Visa/CCBill requires you to have a registered agent representing your company living in the States or Europe... and willing to give his personal info to ccbill... do you have one?

And are you with CCbill or Ibill?

Pipecrew 02-23-2004 12:09 PM

What sleazy was saying basically.

nudecanada 02-23-2004 12:18 PM

Anyone can use CCBill for processing.
CCbill just won't let you use Visa unless you jump through the hoops.
Canadian Pimp doesn't accept Visa through CCBill but does through ACPay. lol

Having a friend local with dual citizenship worked for me. $1 a
year compensation and everything is nice and legal.

Nope, you can signup and use ccbill without visa no problem, you just wont get as many signups.. I still get alot of email from people wondering why i dont accept visa, I only take mastercard and discovery i think.. I really havent had much time for that site, so I never bothered to do the corporation stuff.
