US Troop Rotation in Iraq, Good or Bad?
 

So with a big replacement like this is that a good thing or a bad thing. Don't you think the troops over there have adjusted fairly well and are getting better at understanding the people and the tactics and now you do a near total replacement with new troops. Could this be a bad thing possibly?

I would think there will be some soldiers that will be making newbie mistakes since they are losing alot of the guys who have been there for awile to learn from.

That's what I was wondering, I mean it's the largest rotation ever and as I understand it a lot of the new guys are reserve and national guard guys. I would think pulling nearly everyone out and putting in all new guys could be ugly. I would be pissed, if I was going over there and thinking nearly all the experience was leaving as I got there.
