I havent ski'd in 10 years..man that is tough on the thighs.

I tried snowboarding one time..and got all bruised up..

now im afraid to even snowmobile after aaronm's long hospital stay.

This shit is the best thing out there for any kind of ache or pain. It's available at a lot of drug stores and of course the internet. Trust me if you haven't tried this you should. It's a lifesaver when the old muscles and joints get to aching...

Other than that I would recommend a good rub down from at least one preferrably two nude hotties.. :winkwink:
